Terms

  1. By booking with Z Mobility (hereinafter “Z”) you will be fully insured for any damages when you are on cars of Z, however, also acknowledge that in any event Z will not be liable for any consequential damages and the extent of Z liability shall never exceed the amount you actually paid to Z unless you are injured or worse by any accident Z chauffeurs cause.
  2. In the event that the service or accommodations described in an itinerary we prepared cannot be provided due to delays or other causes beyond the control of Z, Z will try, but shall not be required, to provide comparable services or accommodations.  Z reserves the right to alter itineraries if it should become necessary or desirable. Z also reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure due to weather conditions or any other God’s will events. In such a case, full refund of all payments will constitute full settlement with the tour participant.
  3. Forwarding toll (when chauffeur use highway to pickup point) may be applied to your ride if your ride is to/from Narita or other far locations.
  4. During tours provided by Z, You must follow all safety and security directions made by Z chauffeurs.  In a Z car, you are required to fasten seat belts all the time unless you are pregnant or in any illness or injuries that are not suited to safety equipment.  Z chauffeurs and other employees may advise you for your social behaviors and you must respect such advice.
  5. Z is not responsible for any sickness and/or injuries caused beyond the control of Z when you are off the cars of Z.  If you get sick or injured during the tour, ask for a help to your chauffeur immediately.
  6. Eating in the vehicle is prohibited as sticks and chopsticks may become lethal weapons in the event of sudden braking.
  7. Train tickets, facility entrance fees, lunch, dinner, local taxes, shopping items and tips are not included to any Z tour programs. 
  8. If you are lost during the tours, you must call your chauffeur at once and follow his/her guidance.  Do not try to solve the problem all by yourself, but call for a help.  Carry chauffeur’s card all the time.
  9. Addition of Destinations: A fee of 2,500 yen will be charged per stopover. If a requested stopover location is further than the original destination, the base fare will be updated according to the furthest location.
  10. Free Waiting Time: Generally, your driver will await your arrival at no additional fee for the first 15 minutes from the start of your reservation. For airport pickups, this free waiting time is increased to 60 minutes from the start of your reservation. If you do not arrive after more than 60 minutes, a fee of 1000 yen is charged for every additional 10 minutes of wait time.
  11. In the case of an aircraft delay of less than 30 minutes, the wait time fee is calculated from the time of reservation. In the event of an aircraft delay of more than 30 minutes, the fee is calculated from the actual arrival time of the aircraft.
  12. If a cancellation is requested at least 24 hours prior a reservation, there will be no cancellation fee. However, cancellations within 24 hours up to 3 hours prior to a reservation will incur a 50% cancellation fee. For cancellations within 3 hours prior to a reservation, a last-minute cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
  13. In the event of a flight cancellation, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance of your reservation to waive the cancellation fee. If we are not notified, or if the notification is within 3 hours of the reservation time, a last-minute cancellation fee of 100% will be charged. Once you have confirmed your new flight time, you will need to create another reservation request.
  14. The fee for our Gate Meet Service is 4,500 yen. If the driver is unable to approach the gate during a busy period, a contractor will be requested to provide the service instead. Please note that contractors provide this service at a fee of 12,000 yen.
  15. Please confirm the airport pickup point specified on your confirmation email in advance. If you cannot easily locate the pickup point upon your arrival, please call the driver and ask for guidance. Please note that your driver may not speak English fluently, unless you specifically request an English-speaking driver in advance.
  16. If your baggage items exceed the number declared in your reservation they may be accommodated at no additional charge, provided they do not pose a safety risk. If the additional baggage obstructs the driver’s rearview window or otherwise poses a safety risk, an additional fee of 3,500 yen per excess item will be charged.
  17. A no-show is treated as a last-minute cancellation (within 3 hours), with a cancellation fee of 100%. If we are not notified in advance and are unable to contact you upon the reservation time to confirm the cancellation, a waiting fee will also be charged.
  18. All terms and conditions of Z shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
